- Milliken Development – Prepared a market analysis for the development of 272 condominium units located in the South Lake Union sub market of Seattle, Washington.
- BireM – Designed a market repositioning strategy for a 300 unit, luxury condominium project in San Francisco, CA. Work included a detailed analysis of market demand and pricing pressures, ultimately culminating in the re-positioning of units in order to meet the realities of the market.
- Simpson Housing – Prepared a detailed report on redevelopment opportunities in the South Lake Union area of Seattle, Washington. Report focused on the probability of housing construction in the area, as well as addressed potential difficulties with encouraging such redevelopment. Report was submitted to the City.
